How to Find the Requisitions You Have Created
Function Definition
LRQS List Requisitions for a Status, BU, Type, and Date allows you to find Requisitions for your BU by selecting a specific Status, BU and if you want to narrow the list down further, select the Req Type, and the date you created the Requisition.   (This is a great list to use if you have 'lost' your Requisition number prior to submitting it).
LRLN List Requisition Lines by Number allows you to view Requisition lines for a particular Requisition.
LRLK List Requisition Lines for a BU by item keyword allows you to view Requisition lines for a particular BU and Item Keyword with an option to start from a particular Requisition Number.   (This is a great list if you have chosen to use the 'keyword' fields on the Requisition line to sort information a certain way).
LRBU List Requisitions for a BU and dept reference id allows you to view Requisitions for a particular BU and reference id, IF you have entered data in the Reference ID field on the Requisition Header (REQH). Entry of a Reference ID can be used to segregate Requisitions by whatever Reference ID you have chosen to enter). A Date field has been added to the banner of this list to narrow the list down by the date the requisitions were created.
LORC List Open Requisition lines for a Cost Center allows you to list Requisition lines for a particular company cost center and/or category.
LRNB List Requestor Names for a BU and status provides the user with a list of Requestor Names that have been used by their BU. You MUST also enter a Requisition Status. You can further define the list by entering a known Requestor Name in the banner. IMPORTANT: The Requestor Name field is case sensitive so it is a good idea to list ALL Requestor Names just in case you accidently capilized or made a typographical error. Once your list is displayed you can mark the Requestor Name you are interested in and suspend (PF2) to LRBR to look at further information the requisition.
LRBR List Requisitions for a BU, Requestor, and Date allows you to list Requisitions by the first 10 characters of the Requestor Name that you entered in the Requestor field on the Requisition Header (REQH). IMPORTANT: The Requestor Name field is case sensitive so it is a good idea to first go to LRNB to list ALL Requestor Names your BU has used, then mark the one you interested in and suspend (PF2) to this list.

How to Find Purchase Orders That Have Been Created

LPOR List Purchase Orders for a Requisition displays Purchase Order Number(s) created from your Requisition.
LLPO List Lines of a Purchase Order provides the facility for viewing the lines of a PO. You have the option of starting with a particular line number or leaving the PO line number field 'blank' to list all the lines.   This is also the list you will start at when performing Receiving.
LPOS List Purchase Orders for a Status, BU, and Date provides the facility for viewing Purchase Orderd for a BU by a particular Status.   This list can also be very useful in identifying those POs that are still open that should be closed.
LPOV List Purchase Orders for a Vendor provides the facility to list Purchase Orders for a specific vendor. You also have the option of starting from a specific PO Effective Date, or by leaving the Date field 'blank', the system will list ALL Purchase Orders ever issued to the vendor selected.
LOPC List Open POs for a Company cost center displays ALL open PO lines for a particular cost center and/or category.   This is a great list to use when attempting to close a grant and wanting to ensure that there are not any open POs against the cost center that is being closed.
LADV List ADVanced purchase orders displays any Purchase Order that was given to you by a buyer in advance of creating your Requisition. You may also further define the list by entering your BU in the BU field.   Advance PO numbers are only given in emergency situations.
LPOC List Purchase Orders for a Contract displays all Purchase Orders created for the Contract Number you enter in the banner. This list may be further defined by entering a PO Effective Date.
LTPO List Transctions for a Purchase Order provides you with a list of all transactions created against a particular Purchase Order. This is a great list to use to see everything that has occurred. For example; you can see if a POHT, POIT, PODT, etc has been done.
LPVS List Purchase Orders for a Vendor, Status, BU, and date provides the facility for listing Purchase Orders for a specific vendor by PO Status and BU. For example, you can see all of your open POs for a particular vendor by your BU. This list may be further defined by entering a PO Effective Date. This is a great list to use to narrow down your search to only look at the POs for a vendor under a specific BU. That way you are not looking at all the POs for that vendor for the entire campus.
LIDB List dept reference IDs for a BU and status provides the user with a list of department Reference IDs that have been used by their BU. You MUST also select a PO Status. You can further define the list by entering a known Reference ID in the banner. Example: By entering ARKU in the BU field, and then entering a Status of 'O' in the Status field, and leaving the Reference ID field 'blank', you will see all of the open POs for ARKU along with all of the Reference IDs that have been used; along with the number of POs that are using a particular Reference ID. You can then mark the Reference ID you are interested in and suspend (PF2) to LPID to look at further information regarding the Purchase Order.
LPID List Purchase orders for a bu, reference ID, and date provides a listing of Purchase Orders for your BU, by Status and Reference ID. You can go directly to this list if you know the Reference ID you are looking for, or you can start at the LIDB list to locate the appropriate Reference ID, then suspend (PF2) over to this list.

How to Find Receiving, Invoice, and Payment Entries

LUIP List Unmatched Invoice lines for a Purchase Order displays invoice entries entered by A/P that have NOT been matched to a Receiving entry for a particular Purchase Order.
LURP List Unmatched Receiving lines for a Purchase Order displays receiving entries entered by a Dept. that have NOT been matched to an Invoice entry for a particular Purchase Order.
LUIB List Unmatched Invoice entries for a BU displays ALL unmatched invoice entries entered by A/P for a particular BU.    This is a great list to use when you want to see ALL invoices entered by A/P for a BU in which there is no receiving entry entered.
LURB List Unmatched Receiving entries for a BU displays ALL unmatched receiving entries entered by a BU that have not been matched to an invoice entry.   This is a great list to use when you want to see what receiving entries have not been invoiced for yet.   This list can also be used as a way of identifying duplicate receiving entries.
LUCB List Unmatched Credit entries for a BU displays ALL credits that have been entered by A/P for a BU that have not been approved by the dept.   This is a great list to use in order to see what credits have been entered, but not yet approved.    ALSO, please remember that credits must be entered FIRST by A/P prior to your dept. being able to approve.
LBUE List BUs with Unmatched Enties displays ALL unmatched entries (invoice or receiving depending on Status entered) for every BU.  This list is mainly used by Accounts Payable.
LIVI List Invoices for a Vendor by Invoice number displays invoices for a particular vendor beginning with the invoice number entered in the banner.
LIVD List Invoices for a Vendor by Date Received displays all invoices for a particular vendor in decending order by the date you have entered in the banner. In most cases you will enter the current date in the banner in order to see all invoices from the current date in descending order.
LIPO List Invoices for a Purchase Order displays all invoices received against a particular Purchase Order. This list may also be further defined by Date Invoice Received.   It is important to note that when you want to see ALL invoices ever received against a PO you should 'blank' out the Date Invoice Received field in the banner.
LAPO List Accounting transactions for a Purchase Order displays all accounting transactions for a particular Purchase Order and may be further defined by Date Posted.   This is the only list available for reviewing transactions posted against Internal Purchase Orders.   By leaving the Date Posted field 'blank' you can see ALL transactions that have been posted against a particular PO.
LITR List Invoices for a Type and Reference id displays any invoices for a BU in which a Reference ID has been used to further identify these invoices. The Reference id is used on UPAY and Library uploads.   If you are processing UPAYs and would like to be able to list your UPAYs by a specific Reference ID, this list will display those for you.
LAPP List Accounts Payable IDs for a Payment ID displays ALL invoices that are going to be paid on a particular check.    In order to utilize this list you must first find the Payment ID by going to ILOG and pressing the PF4 decode. The Payment ID will be displayed in at the top of the decode box.
