DWH Archive Name: B__ASSET_ROOM

Contains the definition of rooms where University assets may be stored. Rooms are identified by a unique room tag number whose bar code is placed at the entry to the room and scanned when doing a room inventory.

	1	ROOM-TAG-NO DB=BA CS=AI	P	5.0	N	U	The unique identifier of a room or other location. This ID is the key to the Asset-Room file where the physical location of the room is identified (typically by building code and room number). Most rooms have a barcode with this Room Tag Number on it affixed to the doorway. When taking physical inventory, the room tag is scanned followed by the barcodes of the assets within the room.
Room attributes
	1	BUILDING-NO DB=BB CS=AI	A	5.0	N		The official UA identifier of a building. This value is constant even though the name and code for a building may change over time.
	1	ROOM-NO DB=BC CS=AI	A	6.0	N		The room number identifying a room within a particular building. The room number usually begins with a value representing the floor of the building.
	1	COMMON-ROOM-NAME DB=BD CS=AI	A	30.0	N	U	A commonly used name for referencing a room, as opposed to its room number. For example, "THE YELLOW LAB". This field is maintained in upper case.
MU	1	COMMENT DB=AB CS=UA Max Occ=2 HD=__COMMENT	A	72.0	N		DWH Archive Name: B__ASSET_ROOM__COMMENT A comment or brief note which may be associated with an entity. This field is maintained in mixed case.

PE	1	UPDATE-HISTORY-GROUP DB=AC CS=* Max Occ=2 HD=__HIST_GRP					DWH Archive Name: B__ASSET_ROOM__HIST_GRP The periodic repeating group which identifies when and by whom an update was made. Occurrences represent: 1-Original creation or 2-Last update.

	2	UPDATED-BY-USER DB=AE CS=UA PE=UPDATE-HISTORY-GROUP	A	8.0	N		The Natural user ID (USER-ID) of the last user to update a record or associated item.
	1	TIME-STAMP DB=AA CS=UA	B	8.0	F		This field is used to uniquely identify each update to a record. Each time a record is updated, this field should be assigned the value of the Natural function *TIMESTMP. Programs should check to see if this field has changed from the time they first read a record until the time they read the record with hold. This will determine if someone else has altered the record.
