Contains detailed information for a Legislative Title. Legislative Titles are given by the State through the Appropriations Act. They are uniquely defined and linked to billets by occupation code, location, sub-location, appointment term and regular or provisional billet number as well as being defined by Legislative Title Codes.

	1	PS-APPRO-BILL-ID DB=CM CS=HR	A	4.0	N		The identifier of a Personal Services Appropriation Bill authorizing appointed positions. Not applicable before July 1, 2015. Values required on or after July 1, 2015 are: FAY+ = Fayetteville, Auxiliaries and Garvan Gardens; or SYS+ = System, AEX, Animal Disease, COEX, ARCH, CJI, Clinton School, AERON, and the School for Math, Science and Arts.

	1	OCC-CD DB=CC CS=HR	A	4.0	N		An identifier of an occupation title and the type of work performed by an appointed employee. For classified positions, this code is mandated by the State and its first position is alphabetic. For non-classified positions, these codes are all numeric and are created by the University. In some circumstances a value of 9999 is used for hourly extra help.

The maximum for faculty is a total number of faculty titles represented by groups of Legislative Title Codes. This number is arbi- trarily distributed to faculty Title Codes for ease of data representation.
